Abstract

This study investigates how internal and external job resources, job demands, and leadership styles influence employees’ perceived telework performance in fragile-state contexts. Drawing on the Job Demands–Resources (JD–R) model, the study explores the direct effects of teleworking conditions and the moderating role of transformational and transactional leadership.
