Best paper award 2025
MRQ's Best Paper Award recognizes academic excellence and impactful management research. Articles are selected by the Scientific Committee and evaluated on the basis of their scientific rigour, theoretical contribution, managerial implications, and contribution to the journal's mission.
The 2025 Best Paper Award has been given to Sylvester Nyamekye and Abdul Hamid Kwarteng for their study:
“Dynamic Capabilities and Factors Contributing to Business Continuity in Professional-Service Firms: Evidence from Law Practice in an Emerging Economy.”
The article examines how dynamic capabilities contribute to business continuity in professional-service firms, providing theoretically grounded and managerially relevant insights from an emerging-economy context.
