Best paper award 2024

MRQ's Best Paper Award seeks to display academic excellence and innovative research. Articles are selected by the scientific committee and evaluated according to their impact, scientific rigour, theoretical contributions and managerial implications.

The 2024 best paper award has been given to Ebenezer Prince Arhin and Collins Cobblah for their study "Total quality management implementation practices and customer satisfaction: the mediating role of innovative employee behavior and moderating role of employee empowerment". Congratulations to the authors.
